Welcome to Health care at home Madhumudgal Prateek has emailed us He has written that he goes to the bed but does not feel sleepy I just lay on bed then fall asleep after 1-11/2 hour I feel very restless try to sleep in every diredtion Do you have any solution so that I can get a sound sleep Madumudgalji you will surely get a sound sleep I will suggest you some tips Take 200 gms of water add 12 mint leaves and boil the water After you boil the water it will turn green just filter that water add 2 tsp of honey in it Add honey and keep that water aside Before going to bed drink that water you will immediately fall asleep Orelse you can also have a mustard oil massage beneath your feet and increase the blood circulation You will have a sound sleep Before going to bed put your legs in warm water you will also have a sound sleep with this tip Make a paste of Shankpushpi Flower and have it 1/2 tsp twice a day with water You will have a sound sleep from this as well One more effective tip I will suggest you Take nutmeg remove it from shell rub it on a stone gently and take out its paste You can also grate it if you dont have stone Have 1/4 tsp of nutmeg powder with 100ml of milk before going to bed you will have a sound sleep You will feel drowsy after having this so try this nutmeg tip Other than this we have nadishodan pranayam I will show you how to go for it Take your right hand close your right nostril and breath deeply with your left nostril After breathing in close left nostril Hold it till you can then start breathing out from right nostril Breath in again from the right nostril and then close it hold it as much as you can and then breath out from opposite side This will help your brain circulate with oxygen so that you can have a sound sleep Other than this if you are perfectly fit if you dont have high blood pressure or hyper tension then go for sarvanasan What happens in sarvangasan is you have to lift your lower body this will increase blood circulation in your brain it will get oxygen and you will have sound sleep Other than this I will suggest you one more tip but you have to do this in the morning take 6 gms of poppy seeds add it in 250 gms water and blend it nicely till all the water gets removed and filter it And drink this mixture early in the morning and at night drink nutmeg mixture or mint water with honey Take any of this two which ever is available And you will see that after going to bed you will fall asleep within 10-15 mins No nightmares will fear you You will be fresh and active in morning So These were the easiest ways to have sound sleep Rest our wishes are to keep you healthy and fit and keep meeting us What you have to do is to meet us just subscribe our channel Ask your friends and relatives to subscribe our channel Keep away from doctor and get yourself cured at home itself Thank you

  3. Sir, is there any remedy to overcome confusion problem? I have serious confusion problem. I can't decide clearly and quickly. It seems I lack a clear mind and so, I am full of confusion and self-doubt. It is most serious at morning when I just wake up. So, just after waking up,I have to quickly involve in exercise and bath and having tea…after that such confusion problems are reduced, otherwise can't even maintain daily activities without accidents due to confusion and therefore,headache. I guess It is because of sleep deprivation and/or oxygen deprivation to the brain or might be becauseof lacking of calm mind,depression etc. Pl. don't ignore my problem.

  5. Hello sir my father has a problem of nose bleeding very often as soon as he uses Water for washing or if he is tensed he although got hurt while he was very young. Around 25 (unmarried) since then this problem to him started some local hospital was treated to him but the result wasn't satisfied then after marriage 35 he got job in gulf showed the specialist their they somehow did his rhinoplasty to stop bleeding but no effect he is now 65 sir he bleeds still unstable and falls out weakness plz
